RZ0067-Dv. Dugong (Dugong dugon) and scuba divers (model released) along southern Egyptian coast. A few semi-resident male dugongs are frequently encountered by scuba divers and snorkelers. Dugongs pose no danger to humans, but humans do to dugongs through hunting and habitat destruction. Sharks and Killer Whales prey upon them. Egypt, Red Sea.
