TG0629-D. Oceanic Whitetip Shark (Carcharhinus longimanus), grows to at least 11 feet long, feeds on wide array of bony fishes, cephalopods, mammals, even birds. Once quite abundant and widespread, this species has suffered dramatic reduction of numbers due to shark fishing. Egypt, Red Sea.<br />
